I would not waste your time with this reality company unless you have a 500 or better credit score. They do not release this information to you when inquiring about a rental knowing you're going to pay the application fee. Very unprofessional company. Such a joke

Liz showed us around the only rental they had available right now. Even tho this rental was not what we needed, she was very pleasant and offered to take our name and number for anything else they had coming up. The mobile park was very well kept and clean. All in all a pleasant experience.

I rented an apartment in Bloomfield via Sun West while working in the area last fall and found them to be an excellent and attentive group of people. The apartment was excellent, affordable, and when I had questions or concerns, a quick call to the Sun West offices got the ball rolling. Should my work take me back up to the Farmington area, I wouldn't hesitate in contacting Sun West again. -w.
