Horrible. No, I would not use them or recommend this agency. As USA Veterans we were put in contact with this realtor to work with us in finding a house in the area. The agent never showed us a single house, sent one house that was in our list of wants but we did not view that house. When we set up to see that house he blew us off. When we asked about houses on that market that they listed were were told they were off market, strangely the listing never were removed from realtor listings and we asked a second time and the realtor told us it was sort of on the market but not really being shown. Interesting. When we asked about a listing as it was classified under three different terms they never got back to us. When we set up a time to see two listings, they gave us a run around and then when we contract the realtor through facebook the realtor said they would not work with us. The are NOT veteran or disabled friendly. I am deaf and they gave me a phone number to call, deaf- The other realtor never replied to any emails. So, if you are listing with them good luck they are deciding who can see your property even those that are pre qualified as we are. We have left a review with the Veterans and with Veterans United. Hopefully we can find a realtor that is military friendly and wants to sell houses. They emailed us a few times then stopped - claiming no homes on the market yet we saw many that were in coos county that fit our needs - Discrimination.
