Ernie helped us purchase our first home, and we cannot say enough about what an amazing experience it was to work with him. From start to finish, he made the process fun and easy. He responds to every phone call and email in the most timely manner. His communication is great - every question we had along the way, he was able to answer or point us in the right direction for. We trusted him every step of the way. He has so much experience and always worked to get the best deal for us. He made buying our first home a wonderful and memorable experience. Ernie is your man! He not only understands the market in the Vermont area, but he's passionate about the work and he makes sure the people he works with are happy with their experience. This doesn't end at the sale of the property, but it includes all the small details and working closely with folks through any challenges that goes along with a sale. He is friendly, smart, hard-working, and he's got years of experience working in the field. We would recommend him highly for anyone who is either selling or buying their home.

Ernie is incredibly knowledgeable about the area, took the time to get to know us and steered us towards a great property in a wonderful neighborhood. As out of state home buyers, we were lucky to have Ernie Rossi in our corner throughout the entire real estate process. Ernie did an amazing job with the purchase of our house and the sale of our condo. We are forever grateful for his help! The home purchase went smoothly despite a competitive market. He got our condo under contract less than a week after it hit the market, full asking price, cash offer, neighborhood record. No way we could ask for anything better! We are never moving from our current house but we absolutely recommend him to anyone we know who is buying or selling in the region!
