We have used Roto-Rooter several times over the years for sink and bathroom plumbing issues and all is fixed or replaced in usually same or next day service. Always competent, knowledgeable workers who explain in detail and answer questions about problem, solution and or replacement. We will continue to call on them when needed

Roto-Rooter were AMAZING! They came out within 5 hours of calling and were able to diagnose a large break and blockage in our drainage system. They saw the urgency as we were getting sewerage backing up into the house, they cleared their schedule for two days later, organized permits with the town and quickly repaired the break and the blockage with measures to minimize the risk of it happening again at a later date. We are so grateful! Thank you!

Mike and Dan were so thorough with figuring out my clogged pipe issues and always explained to me what they were doing along the way. Not only did they get me in the same day I called but they went above and beyond to make sure my issues were fixed. Would highly recommend them and will definitely be using this company from here forward!

I called rotorooter, and a polite lady has picked up the phone. She asked me what the problem was and offered me the available time slots. Before I called them, I called another plumbing office in Essex and left a message, and the other busniss did not even bother to call me back. While rootoroter picked up the phone and tried to get me the help I need.nBefore the appointment, Roto-Rooter called me and told me that the technician is in his way .nSeth showed up on time geared with his tools. He was very professional he quickly discovered the problem and cleaned the pipes. Not only that, but he also redesigned the whole drainage system for the two sinks, so it will not clog again. He was very fair, quick and professional.nFor sure, I will refer my friends to Roto-Rooter. Seth was a great representative of the company.nThank

Corey came out on Saturday night and worked until the problem was solved. After a lot of hand digging, He put a camera between the tank and house and found where a tree root Plugged up the works. Used another tool to auger the pipe.nnNo more septic backing up in the house. A really efficient effort. Thank you.
