I’ve been getting pedicures from here for a while now, all being very wonderful and relaxing pedis but today was not wonderful or relaxing. Today I got one of the older female employees for my pedicure and she was very nice, she made conversation with me however she did a number on my big toe. Today was the first time I’ve ever had this female employee for my pedicure instead of one of the other employees. I hope I do not get this female employee again but if I do I hope she does better work next time and doesn’t rip my skin off my toe. Have a great day!

I never had a problem going here until I sat down with the manager today and she did my nails worst Nails job I've ever had in my life. The picture say enough $40 down the drain.

I took my daughter here yesterday to get our nails and feet done as it has been a long time due to the lockdown . We were both really looking forward to tee ourselves . First I noticed that the man who performed my Perdue not put the blue disinfectant in my water like my daughter had . Then as he was giving me a massage he only rubbed one foot . Anyways I got my nails done as well . They were fine he talked me into getting the dip nails to add some length .they were fine . I went home and because I wasn’t used to them I chipped the corner of my thumb . Definitely my fault . I went in this morning expecting to pay for the repair . The man ended up ripping off the old nail with no regular to my natural nail shredding it . And then started to put on acrylic . I had to stop him and remind him that I had the dip nail . He rushed the whole thing making my thumb nail much shorter and a completely different shape than the rest . And on top of that the fell polish was all over the place and clumpy . I felt as if I was being punished for breaking a nail when I was prepared to pay for the nail . She showed me off with an attitude. I spent so much money in their yesterday between me and my daughter trying to make ourselves feel good . And now I’m just so upset . The whole experience makes me hate my nails and I feel like I wasted money .
