You get what you want. They messed up a couple of times but they have no problem fixing it and making it look nice.
The first cut was completely jacked up, totally crooked, uneven, looked like a child was left unsupervised with scissors, just terrible. I wondered why she ended the cut so suddenly and was in such a rush to get me out of there.......unbelievable!!! Came back the next day to have it fixed, and of course it ended up shorter, and after I got home I realized the hour and a half spent there didn't fix it much at all.
Mask mandate has been lifted and yet these people still require it...why? Lost a monthly client. 0 stars.
They used to be good, but now they're terrible. I asked for curved bangs. The young lady left my bangs crooked and short like Lloyds from Dumb and Dumber. Wont be going back.
My stylist did exactly what I asked her to.
