WE LOVE OUR HOUSE! Kevin Boehmcke was so accommodating throughout the whole process. He met us on nights and weekends to see houses, he continuously updated us on new properties (sometimes before they were even listed), he helped us think through logistics, offered insight, and asked questions (which was extremely helpful as we were first time home buyers). We are so so pleased and are thankful daily that Kevin helped us find the most perfect house for our family.

Jennifer Beckett went above and beyond in every way. She is smart, a clear communicator with a great sense of humor, and extremely accessible through the whole process. In addition to sharing her expertise on the Stowe, Waterbury, Montpellier and Burlington markets, she answered our newbie questions about sewers, wells, etc. When she didn't know the answer, she pointed us to the right person or company. At one point, because we lived hours away from Vermont, she offered to drive an hour herself to tour a house for us, sending us video and photos--essentially walking us through the house remotely, answering our questions while she was there. In the end, she deftly helped us snag the home we wanted with a smart offer in a very competitive market.

Jill Vespa was such a pleasure to work with! She knows her stuff and her go-get-em' attitude made me feel her confidence shine. She always made time for any concern I had and made the extra steps to call me, even on HER birthday to make sure we were on track for success. I may know her personally, but I would feel this way I even if I had just met her. She rocks and brings warmth to the plate. Hopefully won't have to work with her again for some time, but will know who to call when the next time comes.

I found Jennifer Beckett to be friendly, detail-oriented, reliable, and very easy to reach. In negotiations she thought of a few details that I had not considered- and they helped my bottom line. She helped me assess the pros and cons of each property we visited. When it came down to the paperwork and all the details, she demonstrated her experience and knowledge of the process by being thorough and following up on assorted outstanding items related to the sale. I would highly recommend her to others.

Edie Brodsky is an amazing realtor and wonderful person! She made buying a home site unseen and moving from out of state with toddlers during a pandemic as smooth as could possibly be! She is thoughtful, thorough, patient and so very caring. She has so much knowledge of the area and a great network of recommendations for everything. We greatly appreciated her attention to detail, her persistence and follow-through, and her super personable approach. We couldn’t be more happy with our home and move and will be forever grateful for Edie helping us make our dream come true.
