We would recommend Kimberly to anyone and everyone! She was friendly and professional from start to finish. When we were looking for a house in the Burlington area, we were staying 3 hours away. She arranged many showings on two Saturdays for us and really took the time to tell us about the different areas while also building an understanding of what we were looking for. She was extremely prepared for each showing and kept us on schedule without rushing us at all (even a selling agent complimented her on this when we showed up to an appointment toward the end of the day right on time). She guided us through the process of making an offer and gave us great advice along the way, including recommending different companies for repairs and upgrades. Once we were under contract, she checked in regularly to make sure everything was on track and helped follow up with vendors that we were having trouble reaching. Because of COVID, we were not able to do a final walkthrough ourselves or attend closing, but Kimberly did a video walkthrough for us and even held on to our keys and delivered them when we were back in town. After closing, we had a few questions about the house that she answered right away, even though her job should have been finished. She seems to really care about her clients and wants to see everyone in the right home for them. Kimberly and the Hart Team are fantastic to work with! We first worked with Kim over 6 years ago to buy our first home.
