Im sure there are lots of great people at KW but the two that sold my 26 year old daughter her first home lied, mislead, and covered up for each other. They basically laughed off the errors when we called them out on it.. beware

I have used KW for 3 different transactions in 2 states. Their agents are full service and really excel at helping accommodate your needs while telling you what yo do for best pricing, etc. Would highly recommend Elise Polli as an experienced and communicative realtor.

From (2015): Adam Hammond is very knowledgeable, professional and honest. You wouldn't know he only has a handful of years under his realty belt. I felt like a house buying pro by the time we were done! He was actually one of the first real estate agents we met, while selling a home for a client. Initially coming off as a salesman (not a bad thing), he made such a strong first impression in his professionalism that we contacted him to see if he would help us buy. He is a hard worker. My wife and I worked with him for 7 months straight, during which we looked at homes and then eventually built our dream home. He helped us duke it out with that feisty builder! He was always there when we needed him. He was always responsive. This is even more telling of his character when I know he had at least 10 other clients he was working with. He is a great guy, a pleasure to work with through all aspects of the house buying process. Highly recommended.

We dropped by unannounced on a Saturday but the realtor was great spending a lot of time with us explaining ins and outs of purchasing a home in Vermont. Awesome.

Michelle Peters is an amazing realtor. We were on a search for a home for over a year. She took us to see many properties and even the same one multiple times. She always did so with excitement and a smile. She never pushed us into anything and wanted us to find something we loved. I got emails weekly of properties she thought we might be interested in and she kept in constant contact. She was flexible meeting with us in the evening and even weekends. She is extremely personable, professional, and reliable. If it wasn’t for her we would have not found a home that we love. She helped us talk with the mortgage company and get the ball rolling and I could call her with any issues we had with them. She is a realtor who truly cares about getting you into a home you love and will do anything to help you make that happen. If I ever decided to buy/sell again the first person I will call is Michelle! KW overall is an amazing company to work with!!
