Andrew is very knowledgeable about property valuation. His appraisal report for our property was extremely through and easy to understand. His market analysis was well thought out and highly credible. The process was simple and a good value.

Promised deadlines that were never met. Also under valued property 5k. Seems to take it too personal when asked to deliver on services already paid for. STAY AWAY if possible

Andrew is unprofessional, rude and pompous!!!!! If you want someone who is honest, has integrity and will follow the law....do not hire Levi!

Terrible Experience - Avoid using their service. Appointment was made for 9am and he shows up at 10:20am with an attitude. Said on the phone it would take an hour. he ran through it in about 20 minutes. When the report came back he waaaaay under valued the house. I feel he let his attitude cloud his judgement. Hired a new appraiser from a different company and they were on time, very friendly and came back with an accurate appraisal. Save yourself HUNDREDS of dollars and hire someone other than these people.
