I am a current resident and am really appreciative of the team that takes care of The property. The grounds are very well kept, especially during the winter months when it matters most.nnThe office is very professional and helpful with any requests or questions I’ve had.nnParking space is not an issue here there are plenty of spaces, both assigned and free parking spaces.nnKeeping up with fire and safety requirements is something the management is very thorough about.nnThey always give you at least a weeks notice or more if they have to access the apartment. They also explain the exact date in their notices.nnThe quality of the apartments is impressive, new countertops without scratches, beautiful tile flooring, spacious cabinetry and plenty of storage. The appliances are in great shape!nnThe buildings themselves offer great soundproofing from the other apartments around us, I have not had any issues with any neighbors around me.nnOverall a great place to live! I would highly recommend them to anyone I know.

Michelle and her staff are very professional and helpful. The maintenance crew makes sure the parking lot is always maintained and the apartments are perfect. If you're looking for a new apartment I strongly recommend looking here
