Subway

Unfortunately I have to give this particular Subway only two stars due to my experience with poor customer service this evening. Subway advertises a buy 2 and get one free deal online, on TV, and over the radio. When asked to have them honor it we were told it needed to be a online order or use the app, I proceeded, from home to order it online while my husband waited in the store over an hour from our home so that we would be given the deal that is advertised. Upon ordering their website was clitching and would not allow me to press the confirm button on my cell phone. Explaining this to the staff they with out a single care in the world said that they didn't know what to tell us then. So I went to my computer and proceeded to fill out the order for the now third time in all, but second time online, it did give me the option to check out and processed my order, BUT before this was done we were reminded the store closes in minutes. Terrible experience that has left me very frustrated and likely will not go to this particular Subway ever again. Food is amazing, good luck with the staff.

Meh. It's a subway so...'nuff said, the staff seem to have the same sentiment about working there from our experience.

The young women openly arguing behind the counter creates very uncomfortable. I ordered via their app, and showed up 5 minutes after the pick time. My order wasn't even started, and they started arguing about who should have making. It. The more surly of the two begrudgingly began making my order, slamming things around. Immediately I saw she was not making it correctly. I mentioned this and her attitude worsened. I will not be going back while this poor excuse for a customer service agent is working.

Stopped in to get a sandwich for my daughters at 7:10 PM on a Sunday night. We were greeted by a roll of the eyes, an audible sigh and an announcement to who I can only assume was her co-worker that she was shutting the lights off after our order...then she asked us what we would like. I’m pretty sure this isn’t the customer experience the franchise owner wants to see...open contempt for paying customers trying to order a sandwich almost a full hour before closing time. We were very disappointed to say the least.

This is a good quick stop for a sandwich between Essex and Williston. The shop was clean and the staff courteous. I had the $5.99 lunch special and it was tasty.
