Went In today planning to get my French tipped nails touched up. Got my nails done and then I had a French pedicure. The lady that did my finger nails messed up a little bit, they weren’t horrible but they weren’t exactly even or straight. So I got my pedicure which she did awesome on! I asked the boss (i think) if they could fix up my finger nails and he did it with no problem. He even kept me half an hour after they closed to ensure that I got them fixed. Very good customer service I will be back.

I had my nails filled a week ago by Jack whom was clearly frazzled that day. He kept looking outside every couple of minutes. Half way into my full, he suddenly got up and rushed outside and was yelling at someone in the parking lot (whom I found out from another employee was someone who parked there and left). When Jack came back in, he said nothing about the incident nor apologized for suddenly leaving. Three days 3 later my nails were chipping. By day 5 one nail was broken (this happened simply by zipping up my jacket. I work on a computer from home all day so I was not doing anything that would cause them to break). I called to schedule an appointment and Jack answered. He asked who did the nails and then had me come in. When I got there, he was working on someone else, so another employee started helping me. Jack confirmed with me that I wanted a fill, and I agreed knowing that he knew who I was. When I was done, the lady who did my nails checked me out and wanted to charge me $40. I asked about the charge as I was coming 1 week from my last fill with broken nails. Jack asked me what my problem was and I told him I didn’t expect to be charged full price for this visit. He responded that since I changed the color of the polish, I would be charged full price and stated that when fixing a nail, it has to be the same color to get a discount...nHe did not mention this AT ALL on the phone nor in person when I walked in. I’m outraged by the way he treated me with no empathy, compassion or courtesy. I thought I found a nice place to be a regular but now I will not be coming back or recommending this establishment due to their poor business ethics.

Jack did an awesome job with my nails! I had to get tips done because my nails are super short and they came out amazing. Also, the prices are reasonable for what I got done!nThe whole team there is funny, awesome, and amazing at all nail-needs. I also found out they do eyebrows there!

Modern Nails is the best nail place to go, you can even get your eyebrows done! I’ve been going here for a really long time and everybody that works there is super friendly and funny! I was super surprised reading the bad reviews, because they are amazing! Keep up the good work :)
