We sold our family home in Colchester through Rich and his team, in October 2020. Covid and an unusual offer from a buyer presented special challenges, but Rich was responsive, helpful and on-point throughout, from developing a go-to-market strategy, to finding reliable contractors, to the final contract negotiation. We would 100% use him again to buy or sell.

During the current stay at home order, we’ve spent more time than we ever anticipated at our new home. With all this time you can figure out definitely if your house works for you or not. Fortunately for us, we had Rich on our side when we moved so we have a house that perfectly suits our family. He listens to what you like/want and utilizes his background in real estate, design, and construction, to get you a house that meets your needs. When we contemplated moving, we wanted to add greater ease into our busy life. Rich made a complicated and fast close on our old house and an involved design process for the new house as easy and enjoyable as possible, representing us skillfully in both transactions. He and Rebecca, his closing coordinator, were always on point and would swoop in and figure everything out whenever a question came up. For any real estate transaction, I’d want Rich on my team.

I cannot recommend Rich Gardner enough! My husband and I reached out to Rich at the very beginning of our house hunting experience. We were not really sure what we were looking for and Rich was beyond patient and helpful. He worked with our schedules to show us a few different houses/neighborhoods until we really locked into what we both wanted. Rich was always quick to respond, offered expert advice, took the stress away from negotiations (from the purchasing of the new house and the selling of our previous house) and always took time to make sure we understood all of the details. He helped us find our dream home, and we even had fun searching for it! We will undoubtedly work with Rich in the future.

I highly recommend Allison and the Gardner Group to anyone looking to buy a home in the Burlington or surrounding area. It was a breeze working with Rich and his team! In 2013 we bought a condo with the help of the Gardner Group. Six years, one toddler, and a baby on the way, we were ready to move into something bigger. We met with Rich at the end of September, listed two weeks later, were under contract within THREE DAYS. With the help of realtor, Jay McCormack, we made a successful offer on our new house just a few days after that. We moved into our new home before the holidays, with time to spare!nnRich’s knowledge of the housing market was invaluable in our process. His valuation of our original unit was spot-on and he knew just what we needed for our growing family before we did.
