Star Cab of Vermont

I called and confirmed a ride to the airport for the following morning. He was very quick with me to get off the phone but said he would be there at 6 am. The guy called when he was supposed to be here at 6 am saying he would be 10 minutes late. I was more upset that he waited until he was supposed to pick us up to call and say he was going to be that late. I canceled on him and had to drive to the airport which I didn’t want to do due to the crazy parking fees at BTV- gone for a 12 day trip. I wouldn’t recommend this guy

Youness was an incredibly friendly and helpful driver to spend the evening with when I lost my car key. He gave me a good rate on a round trip to go home to get my spare, and when that wouldn't unlock my car, he insisted on waiting with me for roadside assistance to arrive. While we were waiting, he discovered that my spare was slightly bent, pulled a hammer out of his cab, tapped it out straight on the sidewalk, and unlocked my car!! I will definitely be calling him next time I need a lift!

Would highly recommend using this taxi service. The owner [whose name I can't quite recall] was punctual, friendly, and a great driver! He was extremely personable! Super friendly! Had such a good experience on our ride there we called him after the event to pick us back up and he was there within 8 mins.nCab was also super clean. When we come back again we will absolutely be calling star cab! Thanks for a great ride!

Nice guy who cares about getting you there on time. Good conversation too but also respected silence.

Highly recommend!!! They are my go to if I am ever in a dire need for a ride! Always on time, extremely friendly, great conversation and good driving! Super reliable if you ever find yourself needing a ride last minute, and dog friendly too. Best taxi service I’ve used thus far!
