Susannah helped us sell and then buy a house in a tight time frame in a very hot market during COVID.nnShe was great.nnAs sellers, Susannah helped us find the right price, stage the house, have it professionally photographed and then shown methodically. It was a hot market, so we had offers quickly. Susannah helped us get the right price between competing offers.nnShe also made sure our closing stayed on track, helped us find contractors for some of the contingencies, and managed a buyer, through the buyer’s realtor, who was flirting with the line between very meticulous and unreasonable.nnAs buyers, given the market, it felt like we just kept striking out. But Susannah was really helpful in making sure we found the right house at the right price. We didn’t want to overpay just because there was so little inventory. Ultimately, we were patient. We made a few strategic offers and got close but never felt pressured by Susannah to go up in price just to get a deal done. Eventually we found the right house and couldn’t be happier with how it all worked out.nnSusannah also helped us find a contractor for some basement work we’re having done.nnIt was a great experience working with Susannah. We highly recommend her.

Jeff is great to work with and great at what he does!  His patience, understanding of what I was looking for and responsiveness made it very easy to purchase my first home. His knowledge of housing and what to look for was very helpful throughout the process - he pointed out everything that was great and not so great about each house.  He's very knowledgeable of the local market!  10/10, highly recommend working with Jeff.

Paul did an outstanding job selling the two houses we sold recently, he was very efficient and effective and worked with us closely throughout the process. We travel a lot and he put in the extra effort to make sure things went smoothly and stayed within the agreed time line. Recommended without question.
