I experienced repeated disturbing responses from Stephanie in her attempt to resolve an issue. She degrading my tenant manager to a level I have not witnessed in 17 years of being in business. I don’t see that she ever took responsibility of the issue... only apologizing in word, not action. Her action was to double down in her attack of my tenant manager who did nothing but communicate a problem. Stephanie actually first requested the business pay to resolve the mistake she apologized for. When I intervened to help resolve the issue, I was only given a message that going forward Full Circle would be even less accommodating to businesses.nnRelationships are important and my experience here is that awareness of this value is sorely missed. I hope it can be mended, but it will take more than simply words. How one treats others matters. Taking ownership of ones mistakes matters. Resolving issues successfully matters.nnMy issue with Stephanie remains unsuccessfully resolved.nnAddendum after Stephanie’s response.nnStephanie’s response here is as it has been before...not respectful and not reflective of the truth. I have attempted to resolve this issue, as the manager had before, through multiple emails and offer to talk on the phone. My review here is not an attempt to resolve the issue, but inform and I can see from other reviews, I am not alone in my experience.

Rented an apartment with Full Circle and had a great experience... Everyone there is very professional, reliable and responsive. They met all expectations and more.

When I moved across the country four years ago, I decided to rent out my condo in Burlington instead of trying to sell it. Stephanie came highly recommended, and in that context I've employed her as my property manager for the last four years. She's also taken over property management duties for my condo association there as well in that time.nnI only have the most positive things to say about Stephanie and Full Circle Property Management. She has been truly excellent about proactively addressing needs, as well as being very accessible, friendly, and professional in her communications. I receive regular detailed financial statements from her, and she's always happy to explain things that I might have questions about.nnI cannot say enough good things about Stephanie and her operation. I definitely rest easy knowing she's charged with protecting my assets 3000 miles away. Highly recommend.

The owner at full circle property management, is extremely rude and condescending in communications with tenants. Despite paying rent on time and raising the property value of our property, the owner has treated her tenants extremely poorly, resorting to bullying and name calling tactics rather than finding an amicable solution for all parties involved. Furthermore, full circle has shown a blatant disregard for necessary COVID-19 precautions, and has operated in a manner that threatens the health, safety, and livelihoods of her tenants.nnWhatever you do, DO NOT RENT from Full CirclennEdit - After reading the response from full circle, it is clear that this landlord simply does not know when to quit. Despite showing a blatant disregard for COVID-19, she has attempted to shift blame to the tenants for simple concerns about their wellbeing and proper safety protocols. She has unnecessarily escalated this issue, continued to send passive aggressive emails, and her response is full of blatant lies. No maintenance requests have been filled (despite numerous issues on the move in inspection list), while the landlord recently advised us that our house was likely not in compliance with fire code. Furthermore, not once did I name drop politicians or executives, and only threatened to call the police when the landlord threatened to enter the property without appropriate regard for tenant safety.nnONCE AGAIN - DO NOT RENT FROM FULL CIRCLEnn*after looking at other google reviews, it seems as if the only people happy with this landlord are her property owners, read the reviews and listen to the tenants — DO NOT LEASE

I absolutely love my apartment at Gardenside Commons. The team at Full Circle were amazingly helpful to me when moving in and worked well with me on making it happen in an efficient and timely manner. The apartment building and grounds are very well maintained. The 1 BR is very spacious, beautifully designed and warm in the winter, cool in the summer. I've had only one maintenance issue, and it was handled promptly and efficiently. I really appreciate the professionalism of the staff. Any concerns I've had are responded to within 24 hours. Deidre is fantastic! It's truly a privilege to live here.
