Hinsdale Properties has been a good place to live. I have lived at two Hinsdale Properties over the past 10 years. The office staff have been professional, friendly, courteous and attentive. I have seen regular building improvements at both properties including new paving, building and outbuilding painting, and security improvements. The office staff have been quick to respond to maintenance issues. I also receive alerts specific to living in the city of Burlington, VT. For example, earlier this year I was promptly alerted of a water boil alert via text message from Hinsdale Properties, before hearing the warning from local news outlets.nnHinsdale Properties cares about the quality of their buildings and the comfort of their residents.

My experience with Hinsdale Property has exceeded expectations in all ways. The Property Management team (Jacob, Laura and Lindsey- hope I'm not forgetting anyone...) have consistently been responsive, very professional and compassionate when an issue arises. The unit was nice. I highly recommend Hinsdale Properties and will seek them out if I ever have rental needs in Burlington in the future

Having had two sons rent a variety of apartments over a six year period, I can confidently state that Hinsdale was, by far, the best of the bunch. They were responsive to any question and quick to remedy any issues. Communication was concise, detailed and valuable regarding upkeep, plowing, maintenance, etc. Highly recommend!

My son rented an apartment from Hinsdale Properties and enjoyed the apartment which was clean, well maintained and close to all Burlington downtown areas. The appliances were new. Move out went smooth using their detailed move out check list. If you are renting in Burlington VT, we recommend Hinsdale!
