We can't recommend David highly enough. When my wife and I decided to relocate from Phoenix, we were put in touch with David and he made the process easy, with as little stress as possible. Due to COVID restrictions my wife and I had to conduct our home search fully remote. David would tour the properties for us, take detailed videos, and upload them for us to view. He was always there to answer our questions, and his knowledge of the area was invaluable. He found us our dream home and got us great terms on our purchase. Where I would say David excels above an average agent is that he cares. We had a bit of a hiccup in our move, and David pitched in to help us without hesitation.
