Moving at any point can be stressful but when you are looking to relocate to a new state, during a pandemic it tends to make the situation even more chaotic. I had just spent a long weekend looking at apartments in the Burlington downtown area with two very unprofessional realtors, that left me feeling discouraged and frustrated. When I located a cute studio listing with Bissonette Properties, I just decided to cold call and speak to some directly about what I was looking for in a unit, my needs, price and move in date requested. I spoke with Addy Nunez and from the moment I started the process looking for an apartment with her, she has been nothing short of honest, clear, with straight forward communication and answering any questions I may have about the unit. I'll admit I've never rented a unit without seeing it first but due to the pandemic and safety health protocols in place I decided to rent a apartment through video and pictures. I do feel confident that if I have any questions/concerns or am unhappy about any of my new apartment situation Addy and the Bissonette team will get back to me promptly and address any of my concerns in an efficient and timely manner. I'm now looking forward to moving to Burlington and enjoying all the beautiful that Vermont has to offer.

This is our second year renting from Bissonette Properties. This company offers good quality units for good prices throughout Burlington Vermont. They helped us find our second apartment before we had to move out of our first one and were great at showing us places that had everything we asked for! I have developed a relationship with Lauren there, and she has been great throughout the past two years helping with maintenance requests as well as general questions and concerns. When she isn’t around everyone else in the office is just as pleasant and happy to help as she is! I truly believe that Bissonette Properties is the best renting option in the Burlington area. They have high quality units managed by a professional team that want you to be happy and comfortable in your apartment!

I am very impressed with Bissonette Properties. From showing properties that met my needs to renewing my lease, they’ve been great. I love my 2 bedroom apartment. It is easy to request repairs and they respond immediately! The repairs are done well. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I highly recommend.

Lauren was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She showed my partner and I apartments that were in our desired location and price range, and was instrumental along the way, answering any questions we had and helping us with the application process as well. She was very professional and very friendly as well, making it an easy decision for us to sign with Bissonette. I would absolutely recommend working with Lauren if you have the opportunity!!

I’ve rented with bissonette with almost two years now. They’re amazing! Whenever I had a problem at my address, they responded quickly and fixed all problems. I highly recommend for renting!
