Great service, good job, fair price

Brought a small carpet to Gadue’s in Essex, which outsources carpets to Champlain. When I went to pick the carpet up, it hadn’t even been vacuumed when it was supposed to have been shampooed, cleaned and the whole 9. Dirt and dust and dog hair right in the surface. Things happen and I wasn’t in a rush so Gadue’s sent it back. Just went back to pick up at Gadues and AGAIN the carpet had not been touched. So, two trips to the cleaner and the carpet is still as dirty as the day I dropped it off. Not impressed.

Great reputable company that clearly wants happy customers. After learning we were unhappy with the service we were provided with a full refund.
