The wash was fine but the bay I drove into didn’t finish the job. The dryers stopped before I could start to pull my truck through. I don’t know if it was because someone threw a few empty cans out inside of the wash bay and they flew up in the air as it was starting or what. Would have been great if it were functioning as expected.
I went to this car wash like I had many times before. The machine told me to stop my car so I did. The machine started and then stopped working right after it sprayed soap all over my car. I then was looking for an attendant to which THERE ARE NONE. I then looked up the number and called. I was pretty upset understandably, my car is decently nice and it now has drying soap on it. I called the man with a little bit of a tone and he then started to blame ME saying it was MY fault the machine wasn’t working! I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. The guy then told me I had to drive around to the only other bay and wait for the other 3 cars to get done. I then had to spend ANOTHER $12 on ANOTHER car wash. He then said oh don’t worry “I’ll take care of ya” and said he will credit back the $12 I spent on my card the second time. I then told him that I didn’t have time to wait and he kept giving me attitude saying it was MY FAULT! I then got very angry and told him JUST SO YOU KNOW YOU DIDNT TAKE CARE OF ME! I will never be going here again. And I wouldn’t recommend anybody else does either.
I like this car wash overall and it accepts cards. I was a bit turned off when a man, assuming someone who works there, approached me and criticized how I had parked my car inside the carwash enclosure.
Great car wash always come back
Vaccum worked pretty good and the wash wasn't bad either,but they could both use maintenance.
