I'm so sorry to write this, I love supporting local business but fair is fair and I didn't have a good experience --- I went in for a bikini wax and couldn't even bring myself to get on the table. The room was very small - hardly big enough for the table and not in any way private. There is a curtain that stops just shy of the table level and it's curled on the edges offering a clear eyeshot into the room from the main hallway. Big discrepancy between the updated, modern looking salon on the website and the actual location.
I love coming to this salon! The staff is warm and welcoming, and have always done a wonderful job with my hair. I have gotten my hair both highlighted, and cut, and the results have never been less than fantastic. The salon also has other services such as waxing, facials, and nails. They truly are a full service salon!
Rapunzel Salon is a great cozy salon in downtown Burlington. The staff are experienced, friendly, and talented. They make you feel comfortable and at home. Their pricing is very reasonable. I have been a client of Rapunzel for around 14 years and have always been very happy with my services. They really do do it all!
