As always, Jenna did a fantastic job with my hair! I had half foil and a haircut done. I couldn't be happier -- It always comes out perfectly. Stephen & Burns has also done a great job of keeping patrons safe and comfortable during this time, and I can't wait to come back again!
This was my 1st cut since the pandemic started. I felt comfortable with the changes they made. Capacity was limited, the chairs were separated by plastic barriers, I saw chairs get disinfected after use, and the staff were all wearing masks. I was very nervous about my appointment, but the staff were all incredibly nice and easy to talk to after not having interacted with anyone new in several months. My stylist listened to what I wanted and made me feel comfortable. I look forward to my next appointment!
