We brought in a suit to Toni’s to be dry cleaned. After we paid and picked it up, we found out they had not only damaged the coat terribly, but they had LOST the pants! This was a Calvin Klein suit from Nordstrom’s... We were quite upset about this, but thought they would be able to either find the pants or resolve the matter... However, after speaking with the owner, he said he was very sorry, BUT there was nothing he could do about it! What! Poor business practices! We strongly advise NOT to use their services.

I have been there several time and the service was Great. I hope they stay put, but know times are tough in Kingman for Business owners! I will be contacting them soon if they do sewing request?!

My neighbor took her clothes here in JANUARY. When she went to get them ..they were lost. They eventually found a few pieces and gave them to her ..no charge. Yesterday July 16th ..6 months later ..they called her saying they found more items. I took her today to pick them up. She was told it would cost her 78$ to get her items. She was shocked explained what she had been told before ..they then told her she could pay 30$ and if she didnt she couldnt have the ''found'' items that were lost for 6 months. She paid the 30$ but will NEVER use this place again. Beware

Well I can't tell you how my items came out because I haven't been able to get them back. It's been over 4 months and I've been there 5 seperate times. 1st, 3rd and 4th time they had an out to lunch sign and the person that was there couldn't/wouldn't help me. The 2nd time the owner was there when the manager had to go to the hospital and wouldn't help me. The 5th time I went it was 4pm (they're open til 6pm)and the lady inside said they were closed and when I called the manager she was rude and hung up on me. Rude, high priced and don't care about their customers! I was moving out of town the next day so my 3 jerseys (worth almost $300) are being held hostage! If your employees cant/won't help customers then y'all should just close down. I guess I'm just going to have my lawyer handle it because I'm not going back for a 6th time!

I can't really read it yet because I haven't used it I've been in and spoke with the people they're very knowledgeable and I believe they can do a wonderful job I have two antique rugs that need to be cleaned so I will be taking them there and I'll give a review when I find out exactly how well they do
