Wow! I am so impressed. They're affordable and their carpet cleaning was prompt. Brown's employees were very fast at cleaning our 4 bedrooms. They removed stains that I honestly didn't think they'd be able to get out (we have 3 little kids & dogs). The carpet's smelled fresh after but not overpowering. AND they followed up with a phone call to make sure their service was adequate. Great customer service! I'm thinking this needs to be an annual service for us.

My carpet was really bad...like bad. They were non-judgemental, even sympathized with the condition of said carpet. What a difference they made. Great people and great work.

Browns Carpet was out today to stretch and clean the carpet in our Master bedroom room and clean the carpet in two other bedrooms. We highly recommend Brown's. They are very Professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and the Prices are good.We will use them always.

Brown's came out to do whole house duct cleaning in our home. It was a great experience from beginning to end. They were able to get us an appointment right away and came when they said they would. Once here everything was explained to us in detail along with the amount due before the work began. They worked hard and got everything done they said they would. The house smelled clean too! They even cleaned up all of their mess ----- along with some messes we had in the house due to renovating projects. We are very happy with the service they provided and highly recommend Brown's Carpet Care.

Not good..I ask to repair issue in doorway..showed up..did a stretch which I did not need..paid cash..called and person on phone before I could explain not happy and not fixed correctly..immediately.. NO Refund!..guy called today..and after the fact and did NOT say upfront..he does not do seam splits..which is what was needed..took the money.. no can fix..not honest up front..should have said no seam repair and that is WHY i called them to fix it....not good business and honest on job..
