A friend recommended that we use Danica for the purchase of our first home. We are so happy we did! Danica was the ideal agent and support! She communicated promptly and answered all of our questions very quickly. She never pressured us into buying a house that didn’t feel right. We worked with Danica for 7 months and saw numerous properties. Danica would set up showings for us without hesitation and helped us through her experience at every location. Danica is one of the hardest working woman I know. She worked tirelessly to find us the right home. She listened to my desires and my wants until we had the right fit, all while making us laugh and making the process fun. Danica handled a very complicated and difficult real estate purchase (due to the seller) when I bought my home in Vermont in 2017, moving here from Connecticut. She was amazing - staying on top of the situation, keeping me informed, and responding to all my requests in a timely manner. Just the right combination of pushy, integrity, and polite. I recommend Danica highly as a good person and excellent real estate agent.
