Have been thoroughly disappointed with our hardware store since ownership changed. Prices are now outrageously high, staff that remains seems demoralized, and the new staff shows no interest in engaging with the customers or what it's like to be friendly and helpful with customers. Walked in and out without buying anything today as not many associates were wearing masks (with covid), tons of customers without masks, had an associate walk right in front of me as I was looking at bird feeders. Didn't even say excuse me or can I help you at all. Other days I have been in there and the associates are just standing around and don't offer to help. Such a shame as this store could be more of a gold mine with such a captive, small town audience. 1 big brown star. Terrible place. Won't recommend to anyone.
Usually all of the staff is very helpful and friendly, today we had a lady help us who was a little rude and didnt seem to want to help, but once she called someone else over he was very nice. Overall this is a wonderful hardware store with great staff!
Use to be a great place to find everything for a great price and the employees were very helpful, now under new ownership they never seem to have anything in stock, price are higher and employees seem to be too busy to help.
Employees are always very helpful and polite.
If I could rate this place any less then one star I would horrible customer service. Rude as hell an not helpful.
