When my wife and I started to seriously look for houses in the area, we found out very quickly that by looking ourselves, we were in over our heads. We realized that there are many more moving pieces, details to consider, and home buying logistics than we anticipated. We knew we needed some help, and we knew we wanted to work with a small, personal, local real estate business, so we were immediately drawn (and referred!) to the independent Rhodes Real Estate. Upon our first meeting with Faith we knew we had made the right decision. Faith listened to our list of preferences and we feel she was able to really understand what we were looking for in a home.
