Very professional. Great service and follow through. Got our home sold in a difficult market. I have also used them for information on the commercial market. They have the best knowledge of the Southern Vermont market.

STAY AWAY!!! HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!nMany of the reviews here are written by coworkers and family of the company. They are unresponsive, unprofessional, and unreliable. There are many apartments and houses advertised that aren't even available. They're rude on the phone, and postpone meetings. Do yourself a favor and take them off of your apartment/house hunting list, you'll only regret interacting with this cesspool of an organization.

Three of their reviews were written by the owner and his assistant. I had a terrible experience with these people. They are rude, lazy, and unprofessional. I listed my house with them, they did nothing to market it for the entire contract...not even one showing. After relisting with another broker (at the same price) we had four showings in two weeks, and sold our house at only $5,000 below asking price!
