Subway

The people that work at this subways are always very friendly and courteous. The manager always smiles at her customers...I've never seen any employee upset, mad or rude towards the customers!nI go here frequently and they ALWAYS give me good friendly warm service. The food always seems to be satisfying and good . I will continue to give them my service because they treat me well and respect me.

Recently went into Subway in Manchester, VT. There were 3 adults and 2 children in our group. There was only one other patron in the place and he was already seated and eating. There were two employees. They were working on an online order of 9 sandwiches. They would not take our order until the online order was completed and they had only one sandwich of nine completed. Not happy that one of the employees could not take our order and that it took both of them to make the remaining 8 sandwiches of the online order. Not only would they not take our order, but told us that it would only be a few minutes, which was clearly untrue as they had 8 more sandwiches to make.nCustomer service skills lacking!!

Always a good sandwich and customer service.

It's good. The food is good, you just need to know what your going to get... It's an ish place in my mind, but you need to try it out for you your self, have an open mind, it's not bad...

Very poor service cause 2 people working couldn’t help anyone in the restaurant cause they had a online order to make so they lost 7 orders that walked out the door
