I was hesitant to spend money getting my air ducts cleaned--I've read that it is a waste and a ripoff, but the crew came and it was amazing. I saw the ducts before and after and they managed to clean out the ducts and fill two garbage bags. I cannot believe how much cleaner they are and how little dust is in the house! The whole experience, from quick estimate to terrific cleaning was a great experience. Highly recommend and will definitely use for other services!

Carl and his team were amazing through the entire process of having to clean the entire rental house my wife and I are staying in. Carl made things as easy as they could be for us, as tenants, and respected the fact that we had no choice but to stay there due to my wifes medical issues. Carl and his team worked with us on figuring out how to make this horrible experience as easy as possible. From the beginning he completely explained everything and how long it would take. He was patient with us and was very careful with not only the landlords stuff, but held our stuff in the same respect. Part of his team, a wonderful husband and wife team, with some amazing workers were on site on time everyday and worked hard through the day. We were never bothered at all and they didnt mind taking the time to work with us on making sure everything was cleaned well. I do want to also say that even though my wife and I are very difficult people, they were patient and smiling the whole time. Nothing was lost, broken, misplaced or stolen! And anything of ours that he had to move, even though we were not technically covered under the insurance, he did with a smile and did not seem to mind. They met their expected finishing time with no problem and did an absolutely amazing job making sure there was no soot anywhere in the house. What I can say about this company is that they not only take pride in themselves, they take pride in their work! They deserve the recognition here and if you need anything cleaned, whether it be a carpet, a stuffed animal, or an entire house, Home Maintenance Associates are not only the right choice, but the only choice! And in this important COVID world, I have to thank them for being as careful with masks as they were. I cant say I look forward to working with them in the future(because that would mean another disaster happened), but if anything does ever happen, I will be calling on them!

Carl was easy to communicate with, he and his team did an excellent job cleaning our rugs. They were terrific about moving the furniture picking up the rugs which needed to be brought to their shop to clean and on the return respectfully putting them back in the rooms. 10 out of 10 for this team!
