Laura is highly highly unethical. She tried to charge me 1% after speaking with me just once by claiming she had spent time with me and therefore any transaction with her and her clients would result in an additional 1% fee if I used another broker. I wonder if any of her clients know she is doing this to prospective buyers. Very alarming behavior and extremely unprofessional. I can’t speak for the other brokers at Josiah Allen but I’d stay away.

Unprofessional. The agent brought in clients 50 min early without a phone call, the house was not prepared, the dogs (whom we always remove for showings) went crazy and the puppy nipped a client. How can an agent not know to use a phone or have basic manners, like introducing herself or offering a card.
