Any 5 stars are super fake reviews so they can keep getting money and not use it for the people that need it. They let my friend and a 91 year old in the streets then give them an appointment when they have the money for the deposit. They need to be shut down

I am confused by the bad reviews that I'm seeing.nnWe've been renting a home in N. Bennington from Hale/CRM for the past year and the team has been amazing for us.nnFrom the time we looked at the rental house, until now as we are getting ready to leave, they have been professional, friendly and on top of any maintenance requests we made. (And it's an older house - we had several requests that required a LOT of time & effort!)nnThe maintenance staff has been one of the best we've dealt with and we've lived in rental housing all over the country. They are on top of the maintenance requests, would show us pictures of how they fixed things, and always were punctual.nnIf I ever need to find rental housing in this area again, Hale/CRM will be the company we turn to!

Very unprofessional staff /employees ! Would rather see people homeless due to their carelessness even though they are able to pay first last and their rent on time ! They would rather see a 91 year old grandmother and her grandson on the street because even though her grandson works and makes enough money to pay he doesn't qualify ?!?! Seriously disgusting ...

Terrible experience looking for an apartment and working with Sharon from Hale Resources. My boyfriend and I looked at an apartment and fell in love with it. Went straight home to fill out the application. Didn't hear back from Sharon for a week. So I called her to check on our application and she informed me that my boyfriend needed to fill out a separate application and we needed to pay another $25 application fee. Thanks for letting us know, Sharon! This was annoying but we went ahead and did it. Never have I ever heard of such a thing! Again, we did not hear anything back. Called again and was informed by Sharon that the apartment was given to someone else. Again, thanks for letting us know! Sharon was extremely unprofessional and had no interest in helping us find another apartment. Keep in mind, I have a 750 credit score and no record. We called a couple weeks later to request a refund as I read the terms and service which detailed that if you were not accepted, you could get a refund. Left a message and never heard from Sharon again. Making sure none of my friends and family rent from Hale Resources.
