I'll start by saying I do like my nails and am pleased with them. I had to forgo the design I wanted because I did not want to have to pay for something that was supposed to have been already paid for as getting my mani and pedi was a Christmas gift. This was due to a misunderstanding caused by the language barrier. I told her what I wanted. Asked how much it would cost on top of the gift certificate I already had (the gifted was there at the start to cover the additional cost) said gifted paid the amount thinking it covered all of what I specified. At the end that was not the case so I went without my design. Yes they offered to do 1 nail for free but that was not what I wanted so I did not take them up on it. And it seemed to me that they had slight attitudes. Unsure if I will return

So the first time I went here they did a horrible job on my nails and I sat for over 45 minutes later than my appointment without a word being said to me. One of my friends got hers done there about a week ago and they looked great! So I decided to give it another try and boy do I regret it. None of my nails are the same shape and half are crooked and don’t even cover my whole nail. They were extremely rude and when I tried to explain to her they were crooked and not the same shape she proceeded to laugh in my face. I do not recommend this place.

I traveled quite a ways to come to this salon along with my friend and her daughter. To say I was sorely disappointed would be an understatement. We were treated very poorly. We weren’t given options but when people entered after us they were. I was willing to give it another shot thinking maybe this is a fluke or they’re having a bad day and when I asked to make an appointment I was told I needed to prove I was from Vermont. They rushed through my friends pedicure and mines looked like I had done it myself. I do not recommend this salon and will NEVER return!

Quality of manicure is always great, however, they are never open with the correct hours. I end up waiting forever for them to show up. Also pricing is odd and never the same, even though I recieved the same product all the time.I only choose to go here do to the convenience of the location to where I live.
