If I could give no stars I would 30mins before my gfs hair appt for an updo for a wedding today they called to say sorry to bad can’t help you we overbooked 4 haircuts. My gf said that wasn’t her problem and they better figure it out.... they refused to help her after they messed up! Didn’t even try!!! Stephanie was so unprofessional and my gf is not going to stop until the owners are made aware of what happened. On a Sunday she is now out of luck for a wedding happening in 4 hours. You should be ashamed of yourselves

This is what you get for going to a place in Vermont for a $20 basic haircut. It might be a good idea to ask for your hair to be dried after the cut to check for this. If you are in the area, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Why didn’t they bother to adjust the holiday hours online. A piece of paper on the window let’s you know they are closed. Drove here and used their “appointment booking app,” which allows you to book and states they are open, but upon arrival it’s clear they don’t know how to update google or didn’t bother enough to not waste customer time driving to the location find out they decided to take the 4th of July weekend off after already being off for several months due to COVID, maybe they need staff that wants to work and is willing to show up.

Great service, friendly staff. Sometimes the cuts are a little off but they're always looking great!!
