I have been a long time client of Shades N Fades (over 20 yrs), my go to stylist is SHANNON NGUYEN who is amazing with color and cut. My first appointment since Hair Salons have been permitted to open again and a easy/breezy experience. They are super professional, mask on the whole time, social distancing at all times as well. Felt like we all picked up where we left off, Thank you Shannon & team for always make me look amazing when I leave the salon. Great team!
The "owner" talked the whole time. While she was chopping my hair, she was persistent at looking out the window to anyone walking by (while she' using her scissors.) And stopping to have full conversations. While literally "working". Ruined my hair and I have to have (literally anyone) cut what she didn't finish. Let alone I give her a big tip and buy gel. AFTER I get to my vehicle and come back to Her so she can fix what she made. She didn't, And made it worse! Never going back there, unless I get a reply with a refund of how much I spent trying to "support local business". If I could I wouldn't give 1 star.
I wanted to come here for so long! Amazing location, super clean salon and super nice staff. I came here for a haircut with Shannon and couldn't be more happy! She listened to my concerns and did an amazing haircut for my lost shaped curly hair. The salon feels very safe in this COVID-19 time. They clean the stations very often and I saw them sanitizing all I touched. Will be back!

Shades N Fades made sure to follow protocol with social distancing and Cleaness, getting a haircut at a Hair shop after a couple of months feels new to me. Great prices!
