We love this place and it has been something our grandchildren and children total look forward to. The support from Sandcastle over the years has been great. If we have a slight problem with any appliance issues or air conditioning it is fixed quickly by Sandcastle. We have used this company for over 15 years and the same home rental about 8 years. A great support organization.

Good location and plenty of room. I rented this property 4 years ago and when we arrived found it to be dirty. Called the rental office and they sent the cleaners back. Fast forward to this year 8/2020. Upon arrival we noticed the floors we’re sandy and the furniture and area rugs were filthy. We didn’t bother to call and complain and sanitized and cleaned everything ourselves. Went out to buy sheets to cover all the furniture. Mattress covers were absolutely disgusting. I guess leaving the bedding on they don’t even bother to look and notice. Very disappointed since the nature of Covid 19. Our friends also rented the same week and experienced the same issues. Apparently there is a problem that’s been going on for years, that they know about and I feel they just don’t care. I will not rent from them again.

Great folks to deal with. Booked a beach house for 18 in our family. Unfortunately we had to cancel last minute due to travel restrictions by our NYS governor. Doug was very understanding to our issues and worked with the owners to give us a full refund. Above and beyond expectations. Looking forward to another try in the near future. Thank you.

First let me say this is not a review of the realty company but rather the house. People at Sandcastle were very pleasant to deal with. Our oceanfront house had a great view. That's about all the positive I have about it. Very tired and poor conditions in our house. I'd elaborate but make sure you get recent pictures of the home you are renting. If you spend that kind of money for a house you'll be disappointed if you don't. With that being said our biggest problem were fruit flies. The place was infested with them. I don't mean a dozen or so I mean infested. Good luck with your rental. Bring plenty of insect spray.

When looking for a beach home this is the place to go. Although we put a deposit down, COVID hit and everything was crazy at that time. They were extremely helpful. Everything worked out wonderfully and we had a great week vacation. They provide you with the local information to make it the best week possible and share ideas for all ages.
