Everyone that works there is friendly and knowledgeable. They are always ready to help you find what you need. I like going there much more that the big box stores. I definitely reccomend this hardware store to everyone.
Great Service. Always can find what I need.
The item I wanted and they wouldn't go into the warehouse to get it. At the time I didn't know that they could. And they weren't busy. It was quiet. I typically like ACE but I was disappointed. Apparently the item was there. They didn't offer to go get it bc it wasn't on the shelf yet. The Milford ACE helped my son a week ago by going into their warehouse and getting what he wanted. It was in stock in Milton today just not out on the floor. I found out later about my son's good experience in the Milford ACE.
People are always helpful ,knowledgeable, and friendly. Even though what I went for was not in stock!
Will not be shopping here again after the lady behind counter was so rudely talking about me having my kids in the store during corona. I guess if you are single mom who has to take your kids out with you, you are not invited in this store
