They are the worst realtors. Do not care about their renters whatsoever. They scam you for your money. Highly do no recommend renting from them. Completely unprofessional.

I tried to discuss a property that was listed on Zillow with a rental agent. My girlfriend is an emergency worker and we were trying to get information on a house. They were extremely rude and short with us, not really providing any information about how to access an application or how to begin the process.

I bought a house recently in the Rehoboth area Molly Bayard was my realtor She did everything right, answered my calls promptly, answered all questions , and above all paid attention to what I said about what I was looking for could not recommend her more highly.
