Delaware State Police: Troop 5

I would like commend Trooper Jermaine Cannon for the help & concern he gave me after losing a bag off of our HD which contained my cell phones & other items!! He was able to recover this for me, which was such a relief!! I’m sure it was such a minor investigation considering all of the problems out there, but he worked with me so professionally as if it was a major issue!! My sincere thanks to him & all of the DE State Troopers ( especially those in Troop5) for your service & bravery!!

I would like to have a moment to commend this department for hiring THE BEST example of a law enforcement officer ever! This person is the most pleasant, personable, and down to earth officer I have ever had the privilege of meeting. Trooper Valero exudes the finest qualities and expectations of what officers should. She is a confident, humble young person who will do fantastic in all of her endeavors. Truly blessed and very honored to have met her and have had dealings with her. (I was not in trouble)nJust recently witnessed her at a scene where the vehicle was not functioning well and she treated all involved with the utmost respect and was not a respecter of persons!!nTrooper Valero my boyfriend and I are your biggest supporters and tell everyone how wonderful you are!!! Keep up the great job and you will surely accomplish any and all goals you set for yourself.nBest wishes to all of the officers there and always BLUE LIVES MATTER!!
