Had really bad experience with the check-in. They did not provide us with proper instructions to get keys after the office was close. We could get through their phone system for two hours, waiting under the sun with a 5-year old. The system was asking to leave a phone number and promised that someone would call us back shortly. Nobody ever called! Completely irresponsible set-up. We had to call the security office to help us out and link with the agency’s staff. In addition, their instructions for finding a wifi password at the property were wrong. We had to call maintenance next day to recover a correct password. The house was ok, but the agency’s services and attitude were surprisingly poor.

house itslef was ok but the kitchen did not have enough pots and pans also some of the cupboards and drawers were broken. worst thing one of the showers was not working properly and after two calls it was not fixed

We had the worst experience with these people. First we spent $800 for three nights and it did not include parking for a two bedroom condo. Then when we went to purchase the parking and recreation passes, the three so-called customer service reps were rude, disrespectful, and absolutely deplorable. The Head manager was particularly rude and confrontational. The store was overpriced and they did nothng but nickel and dime you. Whatever you do, make sure you choose to stay at one of the other condos or resorts and stay away from Sea Colony Bethany Beach DE. For a big organizaton such as the Wyndam, you would think they would have a better selection process than hire customer service reps who are clearly not qualified to represent them (Sea Colony) in the best light. They provided sub-standard service, and were completely detached. It is overpriced, you will be nickel and dimed to death, and do not expect anyone to be helpful. Whatever you do, don't has for Sherry, Gwynn, and Labonne. They will be of no value to you.
