We recently stayed at a Crowley property and were extremely pleased with the house and Crowley's customer service. The house was clean, well-stocked, and the realtors had made some recent upgrades both inside and outside the house. During our stay Crowley was very responsive to all of our questions and needs. They even sent the cable company over to improve the speed of the wifi so we could work from the house more easily. We would definitely book another trip with Crowley in the future.

Great job but with a rocky start. Our rental got double booked, not the fault of Crowley. Within 2-3 hours we had had new place that was equal or better then our original booking. Greg Murphy was great. He was in the hot seat and kept his poise and due to his experience in the BB area was able network and get a new place quick. We had a great trip and I can't thank them enough. We have used Crowley for eight years now and I wouldn't use anyone else.

Great experience with Crowley Associates and Greg Murphy who helped us with our rental. When we booked the property Greg was very thorough about reviewing the lease agreement. When New York placed Delaware on the COVID quarantine list Greg was very responsive and guided us through our options. During these unprecedented times I am glad we had Greg and Crowley Associates on our side. I will always use and recommend Crowley Associates for leasing property in Delaware.

Great and quick service on behalf of the reality staff over a cleaning issue with the owners of the house. Owners were very rude and even swore towards the kids who were here when they arrived. Within 45 after the owners left, staff showed up and sincerely apologized for what happened. Very professional when the owner were not at all.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! SHADY, UNRESPONSIVE AND UNCOOPERATIVE! Our agent, Greg was absolutely terrible. He was rude, unprofessional and misleading. We booked our vacation home in January for July. When the COVID pandemic began Greg was extremely unhelpful. He gave us round about answers, discredited out legitimate healthy concerns and inappropriately shared his own political beliefs as an attempt to place blame for the situation on our state government. Greg and the company provided ZERO support to us during these unprecedented times. We proposed several options to avoid forfeiting our deposit along the way, but each time we either ignored, brushed off or given a standard line about our contract. We completely understand that we signed a contract for renting, but these are not standard rental cancellation circumstances and we should not be punished for a national pandemic. The final straw came when our agent Greg persuaded us into canceling our rental he assured us with 100% confidence that he would be able to re-rent it and we would get the majority of our deposit returned to us. After agreeing to this, Greg went radio silent. He did not re-rent and did not refund our deposit. We saved and saved for this vacation and are heartbroken that this heartless company did nothing to help its customers during the pandemic. Absolutely shameful.
