I was referred to 1st Choice Properties by a friend who was very happy using them for property management and for selling their home, and my family has had a wonderful experience with this company renting in the Bethany Beach area. They are extremely professional and everyone on their staff is very kind and responsive. I highly recommend the 1st Choice team! I am so appreciative for their diligent assistance in helping my family create precious vacation memories.

Our rental house was gorgeous, dealing with this office was a nightmare. When we checked in, they didn't have our pool passes. They dropped two off on Monday (Sunday arrival) an'd promised the remaining 6. I didn't get more until I called and complained because they wouldn't let us swim. I get those before us may have taken them home, but that is their job to work it out and not impact my vacation as it did. When we got home I called multiple times until I received my security deposit back. Not until I reached Mario did I see immediate results.

Rented a home in delware beach area and this place was hardly professional or responsive. Customer service was pathetic. Told our keys for the pool were in the bag, they were not, drove back and forth to sort out. Left the place immaculate that we rented despite how we found it, now waiting and waiting for our return security deposit. They are holding our money and are blaming COVID for the delay. Funny how quickly they can take it though. When calling to sort out the person was extremely rude and unapologetic without answers.

I have successfully booked rentals through 1st Choice Properties for years and have found their staff to be efficient, courteous and highly ethical. They are an all around top notch organization!

Poor poor customer service. Listed there house with 3rd party company and put a note to request pricing on linens. After sending 2 inquiries got no response and my dates got booked by someone else. I had to call to speak with someone and the women seemed to not care at all and had a terrible attitude for someone trying to run a business. Told me I should have went direct to their site which doesn't even have to property showing. Then tried to put me in a more expensive house. It's unfortunate they have beautiful homes but don't seem to care about customers only money. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
