We took several dress shirts for laundering, one of which was returned with a sizable rip. When my husband pointed this out to the clerk, she said that the rip was there when the shirt was brought in. My husband responded by saying that it wasn’t there, and he wouldn’t pay to launder a shirt that was not wearable. The woman then said that she took a photo of it after my husband dropped the shirt off two weeks earlier. However, she did not offer to show a photo. When my husband said he would not come back to this business again, she responded by saying, “Good, we don’t want your business.” We say to all...stay away from this dry cleaner.
They don’t remove stains. If you simply want your clothes ironed then they do a good job.
Terrible!! I would never go back there again. This is the second time I had a bad experience. I brought in an item with a small stain and was returned with a stain much bigger!! They were not very customer friendly.
