They have been awful during this COVID19 pandemic. All they care about is money. This review was left 6 months ago. Why ru answering it now? Oh that's right you are busy harassing people about your $12 late fees and posting homeowners' personal financial info in your board meeting minutes for everyone to see. Get a life Darlene.

I'm currently renting from Stephens Management and they've been great! I moved to DE from Wisconsin and they helped make it a smooth moving process. They are awesome!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Upon calling the office, the woman I spoke with told me I couldn't rent from them after asking me a total of one question. They seem very rude and discriminatory and I completely understood why they have availability as I'm sure not many would enjoy renting from such people. Your money is better off going somewhere else.
