Worst customer service. Employees do not know their products. Never enough cashiers & they don't call up more to help even if line getting longer. They never have parts in stock that we need, or feed either for that matter. Contacted parent company with a lengthy complaint & got some form response that didn't address the issues. They have lost a customer, a Loyalty Rewards customer, permanently. They put the local Southern States out of business, but I will now travel further to use another SS instead!

Thus is a better Tractor Supply location. Good inventory selection of hardware compared to some others.

I go there for all of my wild bird and lawn mower supplies.

Always helpful staff. Solid products. Pricing is good.

Well run store, staffed by friendly and helpful employees. I buy pet products here and sometimes Winter gear. Very surprised at the depth of knowledge staff have about the products - they're on point!
