Horrible real estate service. I'm in the middle of a contract and I have been treated terribly by a realtor in this office. I should have given this sale to someone else. I'm not from the area. I knew the house I wanted. I called this office because they had this house advertised. The owner of this company answered the call and assigned me to an agent that was not friendly to me from the start. I basically handed her the sale. Looked at the house and decided to buy it that day. Even though I wasn't thrilled with her I felt a moral obligation to give her the sale because she showed me the house. That was such a bad mistake. It was like pulling teeth to get her to provide normal services. Other people that I engaged with during this process have told me that my realtor should be helping me more. What should be a dream come true experience has unfortunately been like a bad dream.
