My wife and I used the Lee Ann group, specifically David Plivelich, to buy and most recently to sell our home. We’ve worked with more than a few agents/firms over the years and have to say that David and the Lee Ann group are the best. We appreciate that they know the real estate business well. David used his knowledge of the area and current market conditions to suggest an asking price higher than we expected. When we listed, David was able to use the resources of the Lee Ann group to efficiently handle details from preparing the listing, photography, posting, scheduling showings, local advertising, etc. Once we accepted an offer, David and Lee Ann’s group handled all of the coordination with buyer’s agent, inspections, closing attorney, and settlement office. We didn’t need to worry about anything slipping through the cracks. Thank you David and Lee Ann group; we recommend you without reservation!

I can not say enough about our agent, Turner. He was absolutely fantastic. Not only does he have outstanding knowledge of the real estate market but he is also a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the Lewes / Rehoboth and surrounding area. In my opinion, his greatest skill is his intuitive listening skills. He heard our needs and wants and knew exactly what we were looking for. As new out of town home buyers, he guided us through the entire process from A - Z. We could not be happier with our purchase. Turner and this organization are simply top notch!

Mark Robinson of the Lee Ann Wilkinson Group was fantastic in assisting us in finding the perfect home in Lewes, DE when we were relocating from Virginia. In our initial contact with Mark by phone, he quickly determined what our needs and desires were in a home. Mark then identified 15-20 possibilities that met our requirements that he took us to on our first visit to Lewes. Mark was a wealth of knowledge about the HOA's and amenities in each community we visited. Thanks to his extensive preparation for our visit and detailed tour of the area, we were able to find the perfect home on our initial visit to Lewes.

He is the consummate professional and knows the local property market better than anyone as he was born and raised there. Will is kind, highly responsive, honest, and smart. As far as I'm concerned these are the qualities everyone seeks in a real estate agent and Will naturally possesses all of them.
