Just booked a vacation property with Coldwell Banker Resort Realty for my second year of renting in Lewes, Delaware. Carla, my agent was friendly, personable, and made me feel welcomed. She was very professional, explained the process to me, and walked me through all the information on the lease.nnWhen I checked in last year, I was greeted with all the local information, a bag of goodies to get me started at my rental, and a cold soda. The house was better than I expected, very clean, comfortable and had a great community pool near the bay. The rental team at Coldwell Bankers is top notch! Thanks guys! I’ll see you this summer!

I rented a house through Coldwell Banker Resort Realty this past summer. It was a great experience! Check-in was a breeze, and the house was great, and very clean! I will definitely be in touch with Coldwell soon to rent again for next summer!
